By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, or partners of ShopAustralia or associated brands (including Tim Adams Wines and Mr. Mick Wines) are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Giveaway Period

• The first giveaway begins on 15 November 2025 and ends on 22 November 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.
• Winners will be announced within 3 days of the giveaway closing date.
• Subsequent giveaways (Black Friday and Christmas/New Year editions) will follow as announced on ShopAustralia’s social media platforms.

How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

1. Follow @shopaustralia.store on Instagram or Facebook.
2. Like the giveaway post.
3. Tag at least one friend in the comments (multiple entries allowed with different tags).

Each valid comment counts as one entry. Entries not meeting the above criteria will not be considered.

Prizes

• 1st Prize: Mixed 6-Pack of Clare Valley Wines by Tim Adams and Mr. Mick Wines 
• 2nd Prize: Complimentary Chef’s Selection Lunch for 2 at Mr. Mick Restaurant 
• 3rd Prize: Two (2) x $100 Vouchers from Tim Adams or Mr. Mick, redeemable in Cellar Door or online 

Note: Wine selections or dishes may vary from the images used for promotion.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries using a random number generator.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or email within 72 hours of selection.
• If a winner does not respond within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

General Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or higher value if necessary.
• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries due to technical or connectivity issues.
• Instagram and Facebook are not affiliated, associated, or involved in this giveaway.

Data & Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and social media handle for promotional purposes (e.g., winner announcement posts or stories).
• Any personal data collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and prize distribution.

Limitation of Liability

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except where required by law.

Final Decision

The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
